ok, 1 quick question, lets say i modify my RTW game and make it,lets say the trojan war map. if i uninstal the game and then instal the game back on, will that modification still be on there?

no i dont think so because if you uninstall your game, all files which are not default files installed initially will still remain in the directory of your RTW. So if you go install it again, the default RTW files will overwrite what ISN'T a RTW file and so you'll have the default files. If you want to have your mod back after you uninstall then your best bet would be to copy all files you've modded and then replace/add them after the reinstall.
