All barbarian, Greek, Carthaginian, and some of the Eastern factions should be changed to Eleutheroi because they were conquered by the Romans. And with those pointless countries removed we could then make every Roman city into a separate faction

Remove the Lusotani and add the Bastarnae, a mix of Sarmatian, Germanic and Celtic cultures.

The Lusotani were just an Iberian tribe (or group of tribes?) that eventually were conquered by the Romans and quite throughly Romanized.
