Alexander mapping issue

I've been working on a map for Alexander TW, but it just isn't loading. It works great in RTW, but when I put it into Alexander it CTDs when I click continue campaign with no error message. I'm wondering if there is something special that need to be done to get it to load in the Alex engine?

EDIT: I have tried it in both a provincial campaign and as the Alexander campaign. Originally I had greek_cities and macedon available to play, but when I clicked on greek_cities to see if macedon was the problem, it ctded. I hadn't even clicked start campaign.

A map.rwm gets generated, but when using the alexander campaign version, it gets generated in Alexander and not base.
