Suggestion for Getai reforms

well, the idea seems interesting, but i assume that if you are the getai you will be able to recruit hellenic units from the regional barracks- im not sure.....

Culture determines what you cities and buildings look like. Culture cannot change midgame, so that part would be impossible. UI building pictures also cannot be changed midgame. You can recruit Hellenic units in Greek locations, but your culture/appearance has to be always barbarian or always Greek.
