Common, a 19 year old that is attracted to a 17 year old. Man that happens all the time in real life. You mean in America that a teenager can be a sexual predator when he's courting a 17 year old. A few friends I know would've been sexual predators then.
Asking a girl you just met on the chat first about anal and then her age is just wrong though.That guy should watch less porn and get laid more (apparently with noone unles she's 18 or older).

No. The age of consent in most states is 16, and in some its as low as 13. What's more, most statues of this sort have a 3 year differential requirement. Dadygirl21's suitors would have to be at least 20 to qualify.
What's more, Jkarien, if YOU are the one that's posing as dadysgrl21, I strongly recommend you stop, at once. Representing yourself as a law enforcement agent, even in an internet chatroom IS a serious offense. Either of those guys could contact your ISP and demand that they turn the chatlogs over to the local authorities, who would then be required to prosecute you for impersonation of a law enforcement agent.
Haven't you ever noticed that when Dateline NBC does this sort of thing:
1) They have their lawyers at the ready
2) They work CLOSELY with law enforcement
3) The 'teens' all represent themselves to be 12 or 13?
4) They only go after men over the age of 18?

"Please wait while your IP is written into xxx database" is one of the cheesiest, most laughable things I've read, the whole thing looks like a joke and it doesn't even seem to be all that funny.
Why would any computer or agent or whatever write down a database log into a chat? Also telling a pedo he's been caught before the SWAT team storms his house is a pretty stupid idea to begin with.
