EVERY player has a role -- by definition. Sorry, couldn't resist.
Remember though, if you start as a townie, there is no need for you to finish as one. YOU can control your fate with a little luck and some good play.
In Capo-I, we had two townies promoted to Doctor, 1 townie who made it all the way up to Made Gangster, and one unattached WiseGuy who ended up as a Don of one of the mafia families!

Soon indeed. 4 Feb is almost upon us. I'm finalizing role sheets and preparing for a massive slate of PM's. No roles have been selected as yet and will be assigned randomly on the 4th, but I'm getting them prepared for mailing.

We have enough, but the ratio of roles would be a notch better with 85 or so.
No delays, we start as scheduled, but grab someone if you can.
