Thread: Difference between honor and morale
DthB4Dishonour 01:16 09-21-2002
Hey all,

I was using Magyars TW Tool which gives unit stats. Upon review I saw 2 separate categories 1 for honor 1 for morale. I am confused. Can someone tell me what the difference is and how each effects the unit. Maybe Magyar, or one of the CA guys can help with this question.

I would also like to make a suggestion to the CA guys. For next game can you put in a fatigue number similar to attack, defense...etc (4attack 3 armour 4 fatigue) so we can better judge and select units.

Honour IS morale.
The entry morale is either not used at all, or only used for 'other' purposes according to the devs.

Fatigue is proportional to armor. Also, I believe that cav and foot have different base rates of fatigue, but I'm not certain of that.

So which one should I go by when analyzing units to use when looking at Magys TW Tool? You said Honor is Morale. They almost never the same number in TW Tool. Which one should I use? Should I disregard the honor or disregard the morale?

Thank you for your comments, any further assistance will be greatly appreciated.

It's the honor column that you want to look at.
