OK, I have PMTW installed with Gold Edition to 1.1, but every time I use campaign, it crashes on the second turn. I can to custom battles fine, but I really needgetting this to work.

It must be something to do with the Gold Edition - it causes problems with other mods as well...
I suggest to ask in the Main Hall - PMTW is not so much different from other mods and what affects them affects PMTW too.
But first you might want to check the screen resolution - it shouldn't be too high for a modded campaign map to work properly.
