Generally this involves posting constructively and sensibly across the forum, followed by gaining positive notice from (senior) staff members. Quite simply enjoy yourself, while abiding by the forum rules and etiquette policy.

I don't think Junior members could vote, there were certain things I could not do when i was only a junior member.

With Parthia/Sassinsids I build all cav stacks for the field and all infantry forces for garrison work.

The A.I's tactics are unimaginitive and it prefers balanced formations, and it almost seems to panic when it sees forces that heavily cav going against it.
