My wife bought me a Logitech MX Revolution for the holidays, and I have to say I am blown away by it. I have avoided wireless mice for a long time, because they have all seemed heavy to me. This one isn't at all. It is remarkably light, comes with more buttons than you can shake a stick at (necessary for a FPS gamer like me), and the ergonomic design is near perfect. My only criticism is that the thumb buttons could have been slightly larger. More than anything else, though, I have to single out the (main) scroll wheel for its pure brilliance. It has two methods of operation, a ratchet system for precision scrolling and a free-rotating method for fast scrolling. Best of all, the mouse software has a smart system that automatically switches between the two methods based on how fast you spin the wheel. A slow touch scrolls slowly and smoothly though everything, while a simple gentle flick of my finger sends the page spinning at high speed. You can even configure the point of switchover to correspond to your own preferences. It really do find it incredible. I haven't been this impressed by a peripheral in... well... ever.

Has anyone else tried one of these?
