I'm pretty sure others have said they installed Gold without BI...
You need to run the validation tool from the RTW directory. The current output says it can't find any files at all. You could take a quick look at it yourself next time you run, to see that it makes any sense.
Also, did you see the checklist in the sticky? Try all of those, and copy the checklist in here with what you've done.
