Why would you want that?
EB 1.0 is an improvement of the best possible RTWmod 0.81..
Maybe you think it is too slow?
Well then either turn off the campaign shadows or take a look at this thread : https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=96967
It removes the puppet rulers, which makes the script a whole lot lighter; only a bit larger then it used to be in 0.81.
