Hi,

What is the name of the file that allows you to change the color of territories?

Ex:

Greece
Primary- white
Secondary(border)-Red

Parthia
Primary-Purple
Secondary(border)-Black
--------------------
The colors are actually in number form based off of red, green, blue.

I remember seeing the file and modding it a bit but now I can't remember what it was called.
