    how long will it take 1.0 to down load with a 56kpbs dial up connection, and please dont overexxagerate.

    hmmmm....... for me w/ DSL it was a 1/2 hour, so i would estimate a good 1.5 hours at the least, but i havent been on dial-up for a long time, so i wouldnt really nkow......

    Assuming your download speed at 6 Kbps it could take up to 30 hours. What is you average download speed?

    Edit: I just found a calculator for this and it ain't pretty.

    I suggest you borrow the connection of a friend or your library, and take EB home on a CD (700MB variant!), DVD or USB drive.

    This is really the only reasonable option. I was in this position too, at one point, and believe me when I say it's rather infuriating to spend something on the order of two days downloading a mod only to find out that the file got corrupted from constant interruptions.

    Yeah, you really should use some place with a quicker connection. with standard dial-up it takes weeks, I'm afraid.
