correct, but the "uncomfortable supervisor" only appears if the guy doesnt like being a governor. if he likes being a governor, then he wont get that trait, he would get the opposite. to reverse it, send him to battle!Originally Posted by anubis88

Uncomfortable supervisor is one of the two subtraits (the other is Happy Supervisor) of the Supervisor trait, which is gained by governing for very long without stretching the legs or battling. Uncomfortable Supervisor is caused by governing small settlements, and is alleviated by moving to a greater city or building something. Battles can't do anything to help an uncomfortable supervisor, on the contrary it will fortify his unhappiness.
Conversely, if you spend a lot of time campaigning you will get the Warmonger trait, which also has happy and unhappy subtraits. That one gets happy by fighting and unhappy by being stuck in a boring city with the rest of the people who only talk about things instead of actually doing them.

Yeah, but i think it's kinda buggy.... I think that a few of my governors had the attuned governor and uncomfortable supervisor traits... it doesn't make much senseOriginally Posted by hooahguy

For the 'Uncomfortable Supervisor' trait to go away, place your governor in a city with at least the Minor City level, IIRC.

Thanks Bovi. Do you know what to do about the penalty for ships? (question c)

Question c:
That is the flood bug, which is the main reason flood events come deactivated (though happen rarely, randomly). When a flood hits a province, it will cut the movement in that province in half. For some reason, there is a bug (in the RTW engine) that makes that penalty permanent.
You can try deleting the map.rwm and loading the game (which some say has fixed this bug), but most likely your movement penalty is permanent for the rest of your campaign.![]()
Thanks. I will try that.
