Kindly allow me to quote, something must have gone very very wrong
Book Description
For some women, success is a relative term. One in six women is an overachiever, constantly striving to do more, better, faster, and look fabulous at all times--so if you are looking around the room at your five closest friends thinking they're all slackers, it's you! You know who you are: the successful woman who feels competitive with her own friends and family members; the stick-thin athlete who won't stop working out; the guilt-ridden executive who always feels she has to do more than others to stay ahead; the grown-up "Little Miss Perfect" who can't stop being the Stepford wife and mother. No matter how hard you try, no matter how much you achieve, your life remains totally out of balance. Achievements should not be the total measure of how a woman feels about herself.
Syndicated radio talk-show host Cooper Lawrence has been there. With humor and compassion, she helps readers assess the overachiever's goals, their states of mind, the pressure from their families . . . and lets them know it's not a bad thing to be an overachiever--some people are just born that way! Cooper's book defines the physical and emotional effects of someone who suffers from the big "O," explains why she does it, and offers a reality check and advice on creating balance. With common sense and "Tales from the Treadmill" case studies, this book explores the best ways to do it all and still achieve real success--self-acceptance.
Cooper Lawrence is a developmental psychologist and host of the nationally syndicated radio show (aptly named) The Cooper Lawrence Show from Dial Global. Cooper's show is live talk with just enough music thrown in--morning show radio all day long. She is a television regular who you have probably seen on CNN's Showbiz Tonight or on Fox News Live. She is on the advisory board for CosmoGIRL! magazine, where she writes a regular column called The Love Doctor. In addition, this overachiever is the author of Been There, Done That, Kept The Jewelry and The Fixer Upper Man: How to Turn Mr. Maybe Into Mr. Right. She lives in New York City.
What's the mass effect here, spawned a rabid feminist movement there back east?

Crossloper is a sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee busted beyond. Or not and that would be REALLY busted because that would mean there is a docterPhilski.
And yes that is my 4th post in short time making a steak and have to stay focused.
Wow, one star, don't see that offten.
This is related to a recent Fox News report that Mass Effect had I quote "Full frontal Nudity and explicit sex scenes".
This person, Cooper went on the show and bashed Mass Effect for all these things and more making it sound like a porno game, leaving us Mass Effect fans wondering what version she played.
However later in the report she admits that she never played Mass Effect to begin with and overall had no idea what the game was actually about.
Naturally that didn't stop her from bashing and making up stuff about it.
Then we had a lovely panel with 3 people discussing the game(all who hadn't played the game either) going on about how dangerous the game is.
One member even compared the game to "Debbie does Dallas" and how he wouldn't want his 6 year old daughter playing this game(well DUH !!!, it got a M-rating, of course she shouldn't play it).
For those that haven't played Mass Effect, I can tell you that the game does not feature full frontal nudity or explicit sex scenes. All you see is a buttcheek and a side-boob and the sex scene is just 2 people rolling around naked and making out and last around 7-10 seconds.
The rating attacks on Cooper's book is because of her being on the report and making up stuff.

Under construction...

I believe that Fox News said it had "Full nudity", not "Full frontal nudity". So they were not incorrect about that.
It's true, it does have full nudity, albeit not full frontal nudity. And it does have graphic sex and graphic homosexuality, the tone and initiations of which are reminiscent of "Debbie Does Dallas" or any generic porno movie. They put as much of that into the game as they could without getting a kiss of death AO rating. The EA guy's defense of this point was just clever PR semantics.
I've been following this story on various sites and although it's unpopular amongst gamers to side with Fox News on this, that's what I'll do. It's a legit story to take issue with. Never before have mainstream video games had the amount of graphic sex/homosexuality in them that games like Mass Effect are bringing in for the first time ever. Fox News has every right to report on this and take issue with it.
EA guy has a point that there are some shows on on TV that are just as bad or worse than the game, but that is old news. Having that start to creep into mainstream video games like Mass Effect, is new a thing that deserves attention from the media.
I commend Fox News for having the balls to report on this despite knowing doing so would be unpopular, because these days, making any reports that are in any slight way against promiscuity, fornication, and/or homosexuality is considered "unacceptable" by society at large. I suspect the reason that the other media outlets didn't report on this is because the love the fact that Mass Effect is ushering all these things into mainstream video games.

No it doesn't, as I said, it has a quick peek at a butt and a side-boob. All flashing by before you get a decent look at it.Originally Posted by Navaros
No it doesn't. There is nothing graphic about it unless you think kissing is graphic.Originally Posted by Navaros
Well technically not really. If you play as a female and decide to go after the alien then you have to remember that their race/species are mono-gender. They just happen to look like females. And I don't see kissing as "Graphic"Originally Posted by Navaros
I don't know which porno films you have seen but the sex scene in Mass Effect isn't even remotely close to a porno. It more close to one of those romantic movies for women.Originally Posted by Navaros
They could have gone worse if they had wanted too. Instead they decided to do it tastefully making it a special act between 2 people that love each other.Originally Posted by Navaros
You haven't played much games either have you ??Originally Posted by Navaros
Ever played 7 Sins ?? A mainstream game which purpose was to have sex with as many guys or women as possible(oh and you play as a guy in it) and feature far more graphic sex then Mass Effect.
But I suppose Fox News ignored that one.
It has been there for a while now.Originally Posted by Navaros
And they brought in people who didn't have a clue about the game and decided to lie about it to make themself even more unpopular ??Originally Posted by Navaros
They wouldn't have been this bad if they actually brought in adults that did play the game.
And since the game already has a M-rating and a 18+ rating in Europe, the "OMG think of the children" mentality that Fox News tried to pull is irrelevant since children aren't allowed to play the game to begin with.
Or maybe because this isn't an issue hence they didn't report it.Originally Posted by Navaros

You wont find full frontal nudity in Mass Effect. You will, however, find it here.
Preemptively closing this thread before it becomes backroom flamebait.
