Default Game effects of changing starting date

Lets say I change it in descr_strat to 193AD, and end the campaign in 479, I keep the number of turns (486) as in the normal game. Will this have any effects on triggers and such in the game?

I think, these things always ask for the turn number not the date (if that is possible at all).

The game will spawn Pharnakles who will lead an army of celestial winged Galatians to rape and pilliage thier way through the Mediterranian.
