i am the Aedui and i have migrated to Britain, i have conquored the casse capital and i noticed that their goverment is still in place, it is the casse kings tribe one, i would only be able to build my version of it in a homelands province and unfortunatly there are none of these in Britain, therefore i want to keep it but as it was built by another faction will it work for me?

No, sorry. Other factions' governments will not work for you.

Since you cannot build a homeland government, you'll have to build a class 2 or maybe even class 3 government. Not as good, but you can build them.

Start by destroying that Casse government.
