After it unpaked all the Necessities, It says" The folder path '100 C?approx)? attle n he bhenis lver' contain an ivalid character" . I tried several times 
Does your OS user name contain non-Latin characters? If so, that is your problem. To get around this, make a new user profile with simple latin characters and install while running that user, then switch back to your normal one to play. Or you could manually extract the files using 7-Zip.
You will have to install using 7-zip. Your character set seems to not be supported by our installer, as it screws up the file names.
