Well it seems you get the Lazy vice if your princes sit at the capitol too long without doing anything.

My Emperor got a vice that lowered his command but vastly lowered his chance to route when he was captured and imprisoned once.

One of my generals became 'Dead Drunk'... perhaps I let him sit too long in a province with a tavern?
