It doesn't sound very priceless when you can break down the cost by component, though.
"Let us remember that there are multiple theories of Intelligent Design. I and many others around the world are of the strong belief that the universe was created by a Flying Spaghetti Monster. --- Proof of the existence of the FSM, if needed, can be found in the recent uptick of global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. Apparently His Pastaness is to be worshipped in full pirate regalia. The decline in worldwide pirate population over the past 200 years directly corresponds with the increase in global temperature. Here is a graph to illustrate the point."

actually for how much getting a new computer would cost, upgrading it is alot cheaper if its not an old model

even i could afford to buy those upgrades, what other games do u play that run really good with that equipment?

wanna kno cause i play medieval 2 and it is a little laggy on mine even though its only 1.5 years old. i dont play vanilla tho i play The Long Road mod which is really cool.

Oh, this is Australian dollars too, so that makes it look a little more expensive.

I haven't had a chance (or desire) to play anything else on it just yet. I've lent M2TW to a friend, so will get that back next week and see how it runs. I think it should go very well also.

And yes, it's a lot cheaper than buying a whole new computer. When you consider the money saved not buying a box, power supply, hard disks, disk drives, monitor, keyboard and mouse, it cost about a third of the price of the closest "complete" package I could find.

And since I work from home it's all tax-deductable!

I thought Australian dollars were close to parity with American dollars. Those don't sound outrageous for parts in USD.

Yeah, 2GB of quality RAM for $49 seems even cheaper than the USD conversion, mail me some.

Right, I'm also in the market, as it were.

    P5KR, 2.33GHz, HD3870 512MB, and 2GB DDR2???
