Noobish assassin question.

Hiya, all.

I've been playing MTW2: Kingdoms Brittania and i'm loving it. But now i'm running into some pretty silly technical difficulties. Somehow, my assassins don't have video popups anymore. I don't remember, but i'm assuming I accidentally clicked somewhere that disabled the videos. So how do I get them back?

If you assassinate a guy/princess you get a pop up showing that the mission fail or was successful. Unclick the "don't show this video" and you can watch those hilarious videos again.

In your medieval2.preferences.cfg (or whichever one Kingdoms uses) change the assassination video value to 1.

This is odd, but some of the assassination attempt movies don't pop up even with the box unchecked. O.o

And I tried finding that file, through Search but couldn't find it.

Any more help, guys?

Hi Derfasciti,

Assassination movies will not appear if you left click to sped up the assassin on the campaign map. This might be the case for the space bar, speed-up as well. Hope that helps.

They do even when you speed up. My guess in his case is that it has to do with Kingdoms special factions not being linked properly to the bik files.
