Campaign resolution not being saved. Help?

Hello all. This is my first post here.

Just got the game, and I am trying to set the campaign map resolution to 1280x1024. It appears to save but when I go into the Campaign tutorial it's back to 800x600. When I go from there to the video options it's been reset back to 800x600. Can anyone help me? How can I get this to save, or is this a bug?

I think its something to do with your mouse (mouse wheel) if i remember right, check the tech forum
