Apparently it's legal to have a street fight in Seattle so long as both participants agree to it beforehand and the winner doesn't beat the tar out of someone after tey've been knocked down.
Also, you may have heard of Phoenix Jones, who roams the streets of Seattle at night reporting crimes to the police. He's also been in some amuteur MMA fights.
Below is video of a fight Jones had with some guy following him, shouting racial epitaphs, and threatening his family - right in front of several police cruisers - as some cops stood by and watched.
