Its true that there really are no accidents, just preventable incidents. I don't like how every 'accident' made sure to mention how the evil company was doing something wrong, though, because most incidents are the result of a person screwing up, and if something isn't right, they have to complain about it.

Because people tend to ignore such warnings anyway and if they're somewhat graphic they're more likely to stick in a way, become subconscious etc. At my work (a gas station) we also usually have some letter saying that 999 times of 1000 "nothing will happen"-behaviour will not go wrong but in 99 of 100 accidents "nothing will happen"-behaviour is to blame, or something like that.This makes it on regular tv?
