EDIT: I regret posting this. There is no "view from nowhere" that can be taken to productively interpret the alluded analogy unless one begins from a premise that allows them to interpret the psychology of the boy in the video very negatively. There is no way for my analogy to reflect the defective psychology of Trump without reference to a particular set of interpretations of what the video boy is doing and why (i.e. that he is delusional, entitled, attention-seeking, obviously lacking all capacity to succeed absent the indulgence, apathy or complicity of others, etc.). I do not wish to advance these connotations against the boy.


I'm fucking terrible for doing this, but the relationship of the embedded video's principal with martial arts is analogous to Donald Trump's relationship with Crime.

He was surprisingly good given the limitations. He obviously practiced and put a lot of work in it. Even if the outcome of the result means he won't exactly be the next karate kid champion, he certainly showed determination to get where he got to. It is about recognising and rewarding that effort.

Not that I don't buy new things or don't watch product reviews on youtube, but this seems a lot like paid advertisement for Samsung TVs.

Well, the first video says it was some kind of official competition that is some kind of tradition in The Hague. I thought we need to cherish our traditions and newcomers are only welcome if they adopt our traditions. Sounds like everything went well there.

City is fine, bit damaged as I understand, I never go there I wouldn't know. The firetornadoes are impressive though, nobody got hurt but geez. There are always a few deaths and a lot of wounded at new years Eve, Total mayhem, the Dutch variety of a purge. This is something different though, these girls died horribly, they did nothing more than being naive

That video is a hoax, no such thing as man-made climate change. Those 'tornados' are simply clouds in a spiral fashion which are natural in Scheveningen luminated by the flames of the bonfire. Those gutmensch snowflakes are making it up because china.
