Ok, this makes perfect sense, your restaurant wins a michelin star, so the most obvious thing to do is asking your 27 year old chef (who might I add for emphasize just won a michelin star at the age of 27) to make hamburgers and fries from now on to make it more 'pub-like'. Everything about this screams organized crime isn't for the brightest.

There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.
