    Ok, this makes perfect sense, your restaurant wins a michelin star, so the most obvious thing to do is asking your 27 year old chef (who might I add for emphasize just won a michelin star at the age of 27) to make hamburgers and fries from now on to make it more 'pub-like'.     Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 
    The only CGI is used to show the diamonds and the bottle coming up through the diamonds, and to edit out some equipment from the horse shot. It's all one real continuous shot and the transitions are real and have no CGI. It does involve some clever set making as well.
