After you unpack them, try re-naming the packs. For example, mine are ui_0-11111 so the game has no possible way of recognizing them. If you deleted the paks, get them back or re-install the game...you've done a no-no

Also, as i presume you did, put the contents of packs/DATA into the actual data folder.
