To edit the legion names, have a look in \Rome - Total War\BI\data\world\maps\base.
There you'll find descr_regions. Have a look inside. But when you change a name, be sure to also change it in the file below (...name_lookup). Otherwise you'll get CTDs.

So do you just add the legion lines to descr_regions and the legionary_name to EDU?
