Our building trees, made by JMRC, are life-savers. As Pahlava there are only four different types of governments available, and the reformed government requires reformed pastoralism, which is only available in the areas that constitute the historical core areas of regency.

Ive looked at the building guide and in selukia i have built every building, including reformed pastorilization and reform settlement and and i still can not build the reformed settlement tree, any help would be appreciated
