Yes they are, they are BIF and you need one of RSW's BIFReaders to open, edit and export them. Many pictures are in the campmap folder, some are TGA. This version should do: http://www.mizus.com/Tools/Files/readbif22b.zip

The purpose of a fish trap is to catch fish, and when the fish are caught, the trap is forgotten. The purpose of a rabbit snare is to catch rabbits.
