    Hi,

    The first bit of advice would be to change your user name (if your current one is your real name).

    If it is, ask the admins to change it or just post a request and the Mods will pick it up. There are lots of sad people out there so protect yourself.

    If it ain't your real name then please feel free to carry on and ignore my ramblings.
