    Im assuming he doesnt want to spend a minimum of a couple hundred dollars for a photo editor, also you only moderate at twc so dont tell me what to do. I am trying to give him an alternative to use.

    For those who want to fight, I throw my hat in with PaintdotNet.
    Paintdotnet is free and opensource (want to help a good cause?) and easy to learn, Gimp is free and a sharper learning curve, and Photoshop is too damn expensive for no more than I do graphics.

    Im not trying to fight, I just am pointing out alternatives. And I agree, GIMP was tough for me to try to learn after my photoshop expired. So I used paint.net and thought it was much better.

    Well, GIMP is free so he wouldn't be spending 100's of dollars and I'm not telling you what to do. But thanks for pointing that out.
