This was an excellent guide. I followed it step by step and managed to make the scythian noble women unit available to the julii as the "Sythians Amazons" unit. I even improved one some of the coding used in the guide. It works perfectly. The unit is recruitable and the game didn't crash either.

I now want to take it one step further but I will someone's help who can make their own units. My skills in the area of skinning and modding are zero, I am afraid. I have some ideas on how to edit the noble women unit so there will be an archer and spear/shield version but I need someone's help to skin and model them. Perhaps someone with the experience here has some freetime to undertake this project. It would only involve swaps between parts of exisiting units and a recolor to match Julii red. If someone could help, I'd be very grateful.
