I think I know what Obelics has meant - The Pahlavan voicemod is really so strong that it really can force some lightely-boned player to jump from their chairs - in the best sense of this not quite usual expression, i.e. not terrible, not terrible at all. And thanks to the TPC who let it out elsewhere, we know to whom to thank for it...
