Hit printscreen, open MS Paint and hit paste. Easier than downloading and using another program.

No, not really.

Downloading Fraps takes a few minutes, at best, and after that you can take as many screenshots as you want without having to alt-tab between MS Paint and the game, and thus don't have to suffer from the loading screen either (upon re-entering the game).

What does Anti-Aliasing do? I have always had it off, and I can take as many screenshots I like without having to quit the game or anything.
Oh, and I don´t have fraps or any other program installed, I just hit PrintScreen and they show up under TGA´s in the RTW folder. I did have to download Irfanview though, but that´s okay, took me about 30 seconds to download and install.
At this moment I have 5429 EB screenshots on my computer.
