    Default Klerouchia Hellenike -> Military government

    Hi!

    As Romans I just liberater, aehm, greek city and there was damaged "Klerouchia Hellenike". Instead of repairing it a I destroyed it and started to build "military government".
    Is it OK?

    You always destroy enemy governements. The script damages them to maximum level when the settlement is captured - were it possible it'd destroy them instead, but alas the dread Hardcoded Limits kicks in there.

    Same goes for barracks that you can't use because of cultural or other constraints.

    and of course do check that you can't use them...cos sometimes you can (i.e. barbarian factions/some hellenic factions).

    Just wondering if you destroy the barraks (Obama) that you can't use do they get rebuilt like the govt. buildings if the AI takes them back?

    Just because I don't if I think they can take it back as I consider it unfair.

    AI can rebuilt barracks. Governments are placed by script.

    I think he ment if the barrack are rebuilt like the goverments (in 1 turn)

    I actually just repair the government instead of destroying it....

    Saves me time and money ^-^

    Dont know how useful that is in the end tho......im used to having arverni homelands for my aeudi warriors....... >.>

    when i first played and didn't realise you should destroy the enemy faction's government, i tried repairing it on conquering a new province. but i was unable to, as it's not government that fitted with my faction. so...i'm not sure how you do that.

    and it gives you money for destroying it...so....

    aye, hence me not saying "so it's more financially viable, especially because normally you then need to install a government that will cost more than the one you just destroyed....exception being destroying type 1 and installing type 4? (will have to check that - got to factor in the 200 for military gov also).

    I strangely enough its probably an exploit that allows me to build roads and other junk like factional and regional mics to their highest level if a homeland thing is repaired....

    But idk, I gotta give it another check up...i just know id rather repair it in one turn than wait another 6 or 10....or even just 2... so yeah >.>

    Plus, repairing seems to give the bonuses it says on the card...

    It is considered an exploit to repair another factions government building. You can, it just spoils the game imo.

    Yeh...I only done it with aedui....anyone else BURN THE TOWN lol

    But yeah an exploit indeed...nothing can be done to have that thing disappear instead of being just 100 percent damaged?
