BI install without affecting EB

So I've been researching other mods to play, as I have been playing this mod for a very long time and am looking for a change of scenery. I spent hours looking and I just couldn't find one that looked as good as EB (thanks for spoiling me!) I finally decided on Hegemonia, which sadly isnt out yet AND requires BI which I don't have installed.

Question: Is there a way to install BI without affecting EB. In other words, can I have EB play off of Rome 1.5 and Hegemonia play off of BI 1.6?

And no, I'm not a traitor! How am i supposed to conclude that EB is the best mod in the history of the universe if I don't try other mods?

Actually, I just rethought my question, and my main concern is if making EB run off of BI will not allow me to continue saved games. (I was just assuming that it would not be save game compatible)

If it is save game compatible I guess it doesnt matter.

Make a full copy of your RTW folder. Then delete EB from one of them, and you can install BI in that one.
