I've always wondered how Americans could choose to mix up the designations so that it shows MID-LOW-HIGH impact (month-day-year). The obvious way of it is to have either decreasing or increasing order, IE day-month-year or (far better for ordering) year-month-day. Then again, it's a good measure against unemployment, as it costs people time every day when some specification just says DATE and shows an example of 01/02/03.
Oh, and there was no feb 29 in either of those years
