ah, that make sense. I was thinking people born 29, count the years every 4 so after 20 years, they still are 5 yo...

me thought it was obivious (to celebrate 1 genuary), but the TV news have just sayd they celebrate every 4 years... bah.

I know a guy born the 29 february. He does celebrate every year, but according to the the state he´s still 7 years old. However he has some thing in his ID that says that he´s infact 29, so he can still work, drink, drive, fu*k and all other nice things 7 year olds can´t without breaking the law.

There is no way that the state have him down as 7 years old. Databases that keep count of the age of a person do not count the number of days of his birth that have passed, they count the number of years.
