    Default Marian reforms for AI

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever witnessed AI controlled Romani get the Marian reforms? I assume it's possible, if they get extremely lucky. I got to wondering that today in my Swezboz campaign if I'd ever be able to replicate teutonberg, Edit: well that would be imperial reforms, but that would be nigh impossible. Probably a longshot...

Colder than a gut-shot bitch wolf dog with nine suckin' pups pulling a #4 trap up a hill in the dead of winter in the middle of a snowstorm with a mouth full of porcupine quills.

for the AI is basically impossible, too many provinces to conquer, Roma doens't expand much when controlled by AI (usually sicily - north italy - southern/central gaul - illyria)
