As someone advised me I'm downloading RS, but Im also downloading EB since, well, its great. My question is can I have BOTH installed and play them? Cheers

Yes, but you'll need to make a copy of your rome directory and install RS into one copy and EB into the other. RS is not compatible with any other mod.
