i would say dont expect a release till after the expansion pak for rome is out. these things take time.

this is really nit picking, but is it possible to make it so that when troops have their swords drawn, the hilt on their scabbard disappears? cos at the moment it looks as though they have 2 swords.

Yeah hoggy is the men... This mod is even more incrediable coz just three people are working on it, but i guess this mod has hoggy who "spits" out models and textures

Ive thought about that with my extremely little knowledge of modding with 3dsmax. Am i correct that the meshes of the weapons are seperate from the mesh of the person and named weapon1 and weapon2 and that while weapon1 is visible weapon2 is invisible and vice versa? If this is the case (assuming the sword is weapon1) then you could create the hilt of the sword as part of the weapon2 mesh. That way while hes holding the sword the hilt which is part of the bow mesh will be invisible and while hes holding the bow the hilt will be visible. Again i have extremely little knowledge of modding. Its just an idea.

mm, not sure i think it would animate on the same pivot as the primary weapon ie the scabbard would wave about at the same time as the sword.
