Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.

After getting out of the service I enrolled in Long Island University. I wanted to become a marine biologist. Then the financial realities of marriage and children intervened and I quit and entered the work force. I've been studying law and political sciences for 4 years at l'Université Montpellier I (which is, if I remember correctly, one of the oldest university in Europe), but I'm currently studying at the Laurentian University, Sudbury - Ontario, thanks to an exchange program.
