As for the defense thing, I apologize if I go to school in a building where the only websites you can get on are educational ones. This is actually the first time I've been on any mafia websites today. Diamondeye's actions set off my alarm bells, and they're usually pretty darn quiet. This is ludicrous.
    Vote:Diamondeye
    FoS: DiY
    FoS: ATPG

I don't like the way you're bending under that pressure though.

    Unofficial Tally:
    Diamondeye: Landlubber
    DiY: Diamondeye
    ATPG: Landlubber
    Romanic: DiY
    Autolycus: Diamondeye
    GE: DIY
    Civplayah: Diamondeye
    Landlubber: Diamondeye
    pevergreen: Diamondeye
    TheFlax: DiY
    Skooma Addict: DiY
    Seon: DiY

    Diamondeye: 5
    DiY: 5
    Landlubber: 2

I could change my vote to DiY to save myself but I honestly believe the scum are landlubber and autolycus, so it would be pointless.

IMO you are being way too definitive for the early game.

My votes were meant as a reaction probe, and yours (you claim) were pressure votes on landlubber.

I'm interested to know why this has transcended to certainty in your decision as evidenced by this line:

Who is Landlubber's partner? Autolycus seems like the best bid.
I'm sticking my vote here, both out of self preservation, and a re-gauging of priorities in that you are likelier than landlubber to be the guilty party.

I believe Post #91 clarifies my opinion on why Landlubber is scum.

I don't about being too definitive, we need to lynch someone and I pressured Landlubber. His reaction didn't convince me that he wasn't scum. I'm not saying I'm certain he's scum, I'm saying it's the most likely case thus far.
I don't know, if I did as you and went self-preservation by changing my vote onto you instead of trying to root out scum, you'd be in the lead by now and probably be lynched. But I think you're just an off-course townie, so I won't.

I don't get it. You asked for a defense with your opening post. As soon as my real life allows, I give you that defense, hoping to satisfy you. Now, you're saying that my defense was scummy. Your campaign has switched from pressure vote to scum vote, based on my defense.
    I just don't get it.

What is it you don't get?
The "Defend yourself!" vote was simply a pressure vote. Saying "Defend yourself" doesn't mean I have any concrete evidence against you (how could I, so early?). It was just pressure, and you buckled under it. There's no reason not to follow up such a hunch when there are no better cases to chase.

Landlubber, who do you think is the mafia, then, if it isn't you?

Well, you bandwagoneers are my first choice. I know all three of you can't be mafia, so one of you just got mixed up with the wrong crowd. Out of the three of you, I'd say you and ATPG are more suspicious and DiY was just influenced by peer pressure, or something. You for a "pressure vote" that turned into a smear campaign, and ATPG for still no explanation whatsoever on his vote.
I don't think anyone else sees me as scummy, DE. It's you who buckled under the pressure of a meaningless vote, which a couple people called you on, which you then tried to give meaning to by turning my everyday behavior as scummy. You're chasing ghosts here; that is, if you really believe I am mafia.

... So the only one suspicious are the people accusing you? I'm not getting this angle off as very plausible.
Can you think of someone else? The latecomers on to either of the tied bandwagons, per example?

AskThePizzaGuy explained his vote to my content (I even agreed with the reasoning behind), but I'm sure he will indulge in further explanations if you require so. I have for myself presented the case I found to be on you (if there are such things on day 2), so your arguments are not very well-founded.

So, you think both me and DiY is scummy - want me to move my vote to myself and get it over with? Or onto DiY and get rid of him?

You do realized that I said I was going to give DiY the benefit of the doubt, right? I specifically said:
"Out of the three of you, I'd say you and ATPG are more suspicious and DiY was just influenced by peer pressure, or something."
I feel I have answered all your questions fairly, but this is getting us nowhere. I'm not trying to argue, just defend myself. I have no arguments, so I guess that's why they aren't very well-founded.
I just don't see how you could get definitive proof from a reaction. I don't think anyone besides ATPG (who's vote is still a question mark to me) sees it. So, my vote stands.

Oh, his question was legit? I truthfully thought it sarcastic. Between the two, I would rather see Diamondeye lynched. I think DiY deserves another chance; like I said before, benefit of the doubt.

I did what I felt was best to get the town moving moving again; me or DiY had to die, and I'm not very convinced that DiY is mafia. I made this move that we could get past this day phase without having to revisit this exact conflict later.

I still think a Landlubber/Autolycus mafia team is plausible, but Landlubber's reactions in the critical moments don't strike me as especially scummy.
I'd try to look between those people who jumped on the badnwagons when they were already rolling tomorrow. Of course, I can't tell who's going to die tonight, but pevergreen should be looked at. Skooma and Flax as well, perhaps.

    Day 2 summery
After a long discussion, it was decided that Diamondeye was to go.
"Diamondeye. You are not only suspected, but you also volunteer to go.. How do you plead?"
"Not guilty. But someone must go. Might as well be me."

"Fair enough" said Molga. "Today I have a guest... Come in Commandwolf!"

"Eat him... But do not kill him."

With a fear some roar, Commandwolf swallowed Diamondeye.

"Now. Go prepare for the next operation!"

I am wondering why this vote was so contentious this early. Surely there wasn't any reason why people could have very strong feelings on any candidate so soon, unless they know something I don't.

I would be intrigued to know landlubber's status.

Someone seemed to be trying to spare you or Death is Yonder. There was something off about this vote.

I don't know... I haven't gotten a very scummy impression of Death Is Yonder, but it seems like others have.

I think it's safe to assume that if Death is Yonder is mafia, his partner was in the "Diamondeye" bandwagon.
Of those guys, I'd say pevergreen looks most suspicious.

Oh, and y'all owe me something if it actually turns out it's Landlubber and Autolycus.

Sometimes people pretend to be certain, and that puts more pressure on someone and gets them to crack. You've reacted a lot for someone with only a couple votes on them.
