Here are the announcements for the end of the season of 1113.
- Frankfurt has been surrounded by Polish forces and is held under siege. Though safe for the moment, there is no telling whether or not your foes will assault the walls soon, or attempt to starve your defenders out. Perhaps acting first may take your foes by surprise...

- His Holiness the Pope demands that the Reich stops shedding the blood of your fellow Christians. Cease hostilities against the Kingdom of Hungary immediately and do not carry out hostile acts for the duration of four seasons. The penalty for failure is excommunication.
- An agent of France has been discovered. Though this threat has been dealt with properly, with a public execution, it is a reminder that vigilance is indeed necessary.
- The common people under Lothar Zirn's rule have noted his sense of Chivalry has grown, and now consider him Chivalrous in Rule.

The process towards a new army in Magdeburg goes on as soldiers are raised and military roads constructed to link all strategic positions together for quick and easy access to the army.

Here are the announcements for the end of the season of 1114.
- The Kingdom of France is now at war with the Kingdom of England.
- Your relationships with The Byzantine Empire and Russia have worsened to 'Very Poor'.
- It has come to His Holiness's attention that the city of Prague is bereft of a proper place of worship. The Pope wishes you to build a Small Church in this city before five seasons have passed, or else your reputation with the Pope will suffer significantly.
- News has reached us that the Kings of Scotland and Sicily are dead and a new King has been crowned for each.
- Celebrations have broken out throughout the Reich at the news of two royal births. Prinz Leopold's wife Judda has given birth to a daughter who has been named Gersenda, while Jens Herden's wife Gertrudis has given birth to a daughter named Meckil.
- Accused of foul acts of heresy, it would appear that priest Dieter von Holland's ways are pure enough to spare him from being found guilty of heresy.

The Prinz sent the Hungarians packing. Battle report coming up. He's back at Wien now ready to set off again for Innsbruck next turn.

Save is back !!
Lothar recruited a unit of Merc Frankish Knights for 1080
One of the toughest battle I fought of all times... I even thought at one point I would hit "withdraw" to save my avatar... I didn't expect at all to find an army on my path there and could have chosen not to attack at that point but I just had to try... And take whatever consequences...
Finally, it ended in an heroic victory with a battle marker (phew !!)
Luckily, the terrain played in my favour... The screenshot doesn't truely display the gradient of the slope...
Lothar gained some good traits... Both his unit and his mercs gained + 4 exp. though they're heavily depleted.
I tried to ransom the prisoners for a hefty sum of florins but to no avail
Maybe this will make Lothar a bit more presentable at court...
