The Hovgod paced impatiently. These murders were just strange. Some men just disappeared others were brutalised. Could the men disappearing be responsible for the brutal murders? This was indeed a mystery.
The man keeping the tally finally brought it to the Hovgod:

In the past two Holmgangs he's had multiple people challenging him and chances of almost 50% of being chosen, but has avoided it twice.

We can tell him to challenge Loki, and see if that happens. Though I really do want to kill him myself. And Loki knows all about how much kill-stealing hurts.

If I'm gonna fight someone, I'd rather it be someone I have a chance of beating, since I'm guessing Loki has the same infinity score woad claimed. Challenge: Chaotix.

I'm guessing Kings and Champions can't be recruited in any case though we'll see. ATPG at least has a delicious lose-lose situation, either defeated by the cult of killed by the Jotun after recruitment because they still think he's a King.

Naked Serial Killer Guy, if you're unrelated to Loki & co. you'd do everyone else including yourself a favor by killing one of Hankerchief, Roink, or possibly White_eyes. There's no guarantee but it is just the right number of recruits for Loki to be a Cult Leader and obviously we have non-Jotun, anti-town roles out there. Town needs to nip this one in the bud but it may be getting late for that with so many power roles gone, as this would help both town kings and Jotun though that's all right by me.

Of course we'll also see if the Jotun simply kill Loki tonight, because enough people in one voting block will take them out just as easily too. (Though Andres could be a recruit pretending to be Loki on his god's behalf, so maybe killing one of those others is yet a good call by the Jotun, just some thoughts).
