OK, I've read the rules like a good little boy, but there's one thing that's unclear.

It takes 5 Townies working together to perform a Vig kill. How exactly do these people 'work together'? I assume that each of the 5 people needs to send in an individual kill order, but how do they know they are working with others in the first place? Is coordination done in the game thread? Through PMs to other players? Via telepathic messages? Or did I jut not read the rules quite as thoroughly as I thought I did?

PMs is the normal method, though Quicktopics are also common here. Expect to be doing a lot of PMing if you're trying to work with other people. Also, you will never know for certain that everyone else really does submit orders properly. People can say they will, but then forget. The best way to ensure that everyone submits orders is to have everyone in your group CC everyone else in the group on the PM submitting the night orders to Seamus. That way, everyone in the group will see exactly who submitted orders and who did not. Even that is not foolproof though, as scum can submit a real order that way, and then submit a separate PM to Seamus with different orders overriding the first order.
