You guys are seriously not that good at this and lack any attention to detail. If you thought for a moment, you'd know that if there even are communists and they had such a code word, the smart thing to do is post the word "wobble" which clearly does not come up on the first Google result linking to communism and is much more likely be only noticed by fellow communists, except I knew someone would pick up on wobbly eventually and chose it completely independently cause I could.

But I don't expect anything to come of this though other than the typical, real battle against the mafia at night. I'll of course evaluate the real lynch candidates later in the day as appropriate for my own vote.

The only other stand-out item for me so far is Mr. Cal King's public declaration about accidently discovering a mafia via PM.

I, Mr. Cal King have unfairly had a mafia member reveal himself to me. I was PMing him in a back and forth thing while he was sending a PM to Seamus about his role and he accidentally switched them up. I have messaged him (or her, won't reveal) and we agreed for the sake of the game to keep it under wraps and not tell anyone of the mistake.

I want the mafia to have a fair go at it and so I will give them a month or two before I give away his name.

Why bother mentioning any of this? Well, I like saying my new name, Mr. Cal King and also it puts me in a position of power down the line if the town happens to be a bunch of screw ups.

I don't like the jokey reasoning for the (unnecessary?) public declaration. The most obvious reasons for such a declaration is a ballsy attempt to buy an indeterminate, but massive, amount of time for himself when he talks about giving up the mafia in a month or something - (unless he still reveal the mafia if dead?) the (feigned) indifference about being lynched himself could be Mr Kings own special brand of double bluff - a relatively safe one for today given how dodgy Earthling already looks. But yeah - he's painted by his own admission, a huge target on himself, so kudos for the huge cojones if thats what it turns out to be :D

I wish you guys would not lynch Earthlink yet because he is actually pretty good at analysis and he thinks everyone is guilty, and starting a case on him with the current evidence is a stretch and very much an Earthlink thing to do which actually stinks of irony but that is not the point.

ACINs scenario could possibly be completely fabricated, he has shown some pretty ingenius complex lies before, and he has also used the "I don't care lynch me I am busy IRL" argument before as well. His scenario almost certainly garnished him some bodyguards last night, which is probably why no one tried to kill him because it was obvious he would have protection. Mind you none of this being the case necessarily means he is scum, I am just letting you know that the "I'm running a contest" argument he is posing is an awful lot like the "I'm having finals" argument from The Revenging when he had his "break down"

I have no suspects and would prefer to see no one lynched this round so the investigators can do their jobs

My interpretation of the write-up:

Captain Blackadder - 5 attackers, townie vig hit.

Bit between Blackadder and Raskolnikov - Recruitment attempt of some kind or mafia recruitment investigation, though not sure why the latter would appear in write-ups at all. I don't recall that happening in previous Capos. Possibly something related to whatever special roles Seamus added this time.

Raskolnikov - Failed hit by two townies. Sheer length of the write-up, and the blatant ATPG references, combined with ATPG's statements during the night phase make me think this was ATPG's work.

Earthling - Four attacks and two defenders. Failed vig attack due to insufficient numbers, as well as failed defense due to insufficient numbers.

Slash and earn - Two attackers and three defenders. Successful protection. Unclear if the attackers were vig or mafia.

ATPG - Five attackers and three defenders. Successful vig attack and successful protection. Obviously ATPG's work.

Slysnake - Non-lethal night attack. Clearly something to do with special roles.
